Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner Manager to lead our innovative team in providing compassionate, patient-centered care. Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients and develop individualized care plans that address physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in palliative care.

Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Nursing or a related field.
- Current Nurse Practitioner license and board certification in a relevant specialty.
- 5+ years of clinical experience in palliative care, hospice, or a related field.
- Proven leadership experience, with a track record of managing healthcare teams.
- Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to develop holistic care plans.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients, families, and colleagues.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in program development and management within palliative care settings.
