Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Vice President of Restaurant Operations to lead our operational initiatives across multiple locations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire operational strategy, ensuring excellence in service delivery, operational efficiency, and adherence to our brand standards. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies that align with the company's vision and goals
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team to maintain superior service standards across all locations
- Implement and monitor operational processes to ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality regulations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and performance metrics to enhance restaurant efficiency and profitability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and HR, to align operational initiatives with corporate objectives
- Conduct regular site visits to evaluate operations, provide feedback, and ensure standards are met
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize supply chain efficiency
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in restaurant operations management, with a proven track record in a leadership role
- Strong financial acumen, including P&L management and budgeting
- Exceptional knowledge of food safety, health regulations, and industry best practices
- Proven ability to implement operational systems and processes that drive efficiency and quality
Preferred:
- Experience leading operations for a multi-unit restaurant group
- Background in implementing technology solutions to enhance operational processes
- Advanced degree in Business Administration or a related field
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems
- Experience with data analytics tools to drive operational decision-making
