  • Lead math team members in day-to-day work related to item, test, or rationale development to meet the digital SAT Suite development goals ensuring processes are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Lead operational test form reviews, including reconciling feedback, analyzing pretest data, and shepherding forms from assembly to completion and ensuring the highest standards of quality are maintained.

Mentor Staff (10%)

  • Mentor and train new hires and junior staff to ensure they are developing content that adheres to precise test specifications and are following established test development processes.
  • Promote a collaborative, constructive, mission-focused work environment by recognizing team opportunities and challenges, presenting project-specific lessons learned, and suggesting process/procedure improvements.

About you, you have:

  • Master’s degree or the equivalent education and experience in Math, Math education, Statistics, or closely related field, including the sciences, required
  • 6-10 Years of experience in K-12 or K-16 including development of multiple-choice and constructed response math items, with a nationally recognized testing organization, test publisher, or state testing program, required
