  • Develop a QA program with a focus on impact and success metrics to determine achieved learning outcomes of the team and enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Operations on the organizational design of the Core Operations Training & Enablement team, leading to the hiring and future management of direct reports that will help execute the Training & Enablement strategy.
  • Motivate, lead, and develop the team to embrace a strong learning culture, owning the knowledge management strategy and supporting other learning projects across the Operations team as needed.

Who you are:

  • You have 6-8 years of work experience in an education, instructional design, learning & development, or organizational development role. Start-up, operations, or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required.
