Role Overview:

We are looking to bring on an experienced Human Resources Assistant to play a crucial role supporting the Chief People Officer and VP of Talent Acquisition during this exciting time of significant growth. This individual will provide administrative support to the CPO and VP of TA while ensuring the smooth execution of task prioritization in a fast-paced, engaging environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a remote environment, is an exceptional communicator, and maintains a high level of integrity and confidentiality.

What You’ll Do:

• Act as a proxy for the CPO and VP of Talent Acquisition; maintain and optimize calendars/email, be able to speak on their behalf and represent both leaders on multiple issues and subjects
• Efficiently prioritize heavy calendar management and be primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to coordinate complex meetings and busy schedules

• Create, review, and edit emails, reports, presentations, meeting agendas and other communications

• Manage agendas, meeting notes, and follow-ups leveraging understanding of meetings

• Arrange and coordinate business travel, events, and meetings providing all necessary documents, and adapt quickly to changes in travel, schedules, or requirements

• Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive HR information and safeguard company operations by handling all data with the utmost discretion
• Ensure deadlines are met and adapts to changing priorities
• Undertake ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned

Requirements

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of HR/Executive Assistant experience in a fast-paced environment, SaaS or technology preferred
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to stay on top of and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner
• Self-starter, taking initiative on new tasks with little guidance or oversight
• Work collaboratively with all other remote employees to maintain a positive working corporate environment
• Able to identify and prioritize tasks based on their importance and impact with the utmost level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
• Produce work with the highest level of attention to detail and follow up
