We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager with a background in IT/technical sales to join our team. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. This position is remote 1 day per week.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all customer needs
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within each account
- Identify new business opportunities and work with the sales team to develop strategies to capture them
