Key Responsibilities

Leads.io is on the search for an Account Executive to complement our dynamic work environment. As an Account Executive at Leads.io, you'll enjoy a dynamic role managing client accounts. You'll drive initiatives to boost average order values, tackle administrative tasks, and play a pivotal role in payment collection and debt management.

Other responsibilities are:

  • Driving account expansion and increasing the lifetime value of our existing client base by identifying growth opportunities specific to the clients business goals.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing client base.
  • Handling of inbound inquiries, resolving any issues or concerns raised.
  • Managing client accounts with outstanding balances, focusing on debt recovery and payment collection.
  • Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts, utilising various communication channels such as phone calls, emails and text messages.
  • Liaise with clients to negotiate payment plans and ensure timely settlement of debts.
  • Work closely with the Finance Department to track payments and reconcile accounts receivable.
  • Apply County Court Judgements (CCJ's) and initiate debt collection applications when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and actions taken regarding debt recovery.

During the first month in the Account Success Department as an Account Executive, you'll undergo comprehensive onboarding to familiarise yourself with our systems, processes, and client base. Your initial focus will be on:

1. Training and Orientation: You'll participate in training sessions to understand our company's service model and sales strategies. This will include familiarising yourself with our CRM software and other relevant tools.

2. Shadowing: You'll shadow experienced team members to observe how they manage client accounts, handle inbound inquiries, and identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling our services

3. Client Interaction: You'll gradually start managing inbound calls and emails from our client base under supervision, gaining hands-on experience in addressing client inquiries and concerns.

4. Learning Administrative Procedures: You'll learn and execute various administrative tasks related to client account management, such as updating client accounts, processing orders, and generating reports.

5. Introduction to Payment Collection and Debt Management: You'll receive an overview of our payment collection and debt management processes, understanding your role and responsibilities in this critical aspect of the job.

6. Setting objectives: Together with your line manager, you'll establish goals and objectives for your role, aligning them with departmental targets and priorities.

Throughout this period, you'll receive guidance and support from your manager and colleagues as you transition into your role as an Account Executive as Leads.io. Your progress will be regularly assessed, and adjustments will be made to ensure you are equipped to excel in your responsibilities.

Requirements

Your qualifications

  • You have experience in Account Management and payment collection
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to tactfully handle difficult conversations.
  • Proficient in using spreadsheets and a talent for optimising data for reporting purposes
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of legal procedures related to debt recovery and familiarity with CCJs is preferred
