Executive assistant/Social Media Manager

Your role will include managing tasks, organizing projects, updating our website, and handling day-to-day tasks so Gen can focus on important strategic work.

Responsibilities:

• Help manage projects, set up automations, and update the website.
• Assist with emails, calendars, and scheduling appointments.
• Keep track of important dates and achievements for our team.
• Respond to coaching inquiries and help with client communications.
• Create digital materials using tools like Canva.
• Edit videos for social media and create engaging posts.
• Send out weekly newsletters and manage social media posts.
• Update spreadsheets and coordinate with contractors.
• Assist with client progress updates for social media.
• Create a weekly task list for Gen.

Requirements

Requirements:

• 2+ years of admin experience.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Drive, Canva, and email management.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and ask questions when needed.
• Graphic design or web design skills are a plus.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
