We are seeking a talented Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Teem. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers. Your main duties will include troubleshooting software and hardware issues, as well as resolving network and connectivity problems. To excel in this role, you should have excellent problem-solving skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to communicate technical solutions in a clear and concise manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support and assistance to customers via email, phone, and chat.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and network issues.
  3. Guide customers through the installation, configuration, and use of our products.
  4. Document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
  5. Collaborate with other team members to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements

  1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  2. Proven experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role.
  3. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think analytically.
  4. Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
  5. Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  6. Ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical users.
  7. Customer-oriented mindset with a strong focus on providing exceptional service.
  8. Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  9. Professional certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.
