Poland onlyAltoros, an established provider of software development services, is looking for a highly skilled and motivated UI/UX Designer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a UX kit for our website, guiding its redesign to enhance user experience and align with current trends
- Collaborate with web development to ensure designs are technically feasible and properly implemented
- Partner with marketing and content teams to produce visually engaging and strategically coherent content
- Manage design consistency and quality across multiple digital platforms
- Emphasize a user-centered design perspective, especially in developing marketing materials that resonate with and meet the needs of our customers
Requirements:
- Experience with adaptive/responsive design principles
- 2+ years of commercial experience in web, UX/UI design
- Proven experience in developing design systems from scratch
- Experience with SaaS, web, and mobile app design
- Strong UX and UI design skills
- Skilled in creating layouts, wireframes, and prototypes (Portfolio must be attached)
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Understand the principles of HTML and CSS
- Ability to empathize with users, understanding their needs and perspectives to influence design decisions effectively
- Upper-intermediate or higher English level
Would be a plus:
- Basic animation skills
- Ability to create infographics
- Basic illustration skills
