Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Integration Engineer to join our team. This role is critical for developing and maintaining integrations with our systems, IPaaS solutions, SAP, and other external systems. You will lead the effort in ensuring seamless data flow between various systems, supporting the development of a robust data ecosystem. Your contributions will enable our business to leverage data more effectively, driving innovation and operational excellence.
What you will be responsible for:
Evaluating, designing, developing, and testing complex software applications and integration solutions
Leading the development and expansion of architecture and IT standards related to system integrations
Implementing software frameworks and patterns to support data integration and application development
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to define and understand solution requirements
Leading quality improvement processes, such as code reviews, and providing constructive feedback
Developing documentation and procedures for deployment and operational support of integration solutions
Ensuring data integrity and consistency across integrated systems
What you will bring to the role:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development with a focus on system integrations
Extensive experience with integration platforms (e.g., IPaaS solutions) and enterprise systems like SAP
Proficiency in developing and maintaining APIs
Strong knowledge of cloud-based integration services and tools
Experience with database technologies and data modelling
Familiarity with ETL processes and tools
Solid understanding of source control and versioning using Git
Excellent problem-solving skills, strong leadership qualities, effective communication, and a collaborative mindset

The targeted hiring base pay range for this position is between $101,250 and $135,000. DTN is a pay for performance organization, which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The actual base pay offered for this position will be dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to: prior work experience, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, internal equity and applicable laws. The targeted hiring base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for market competitive variable pay and benefits.
