We are searching for a Content Quality Manager to play a pivotal role within the Content delivery team, focusing on overseeing the quality assurance process to ensure content meets the highest standards before publication. This role involves strategic planning, development of QA processes, and leadership over the quality editing team to maintain quality throughout the content development process. The Content Quality Manager collaborates closely with the content strategy and delivery teams to integrate quality assurance measures, ensuring timely and high-quality content releases.

What you will do

  • Develop and evolve robust quality assurance processes to ensure content meets set design, quality, and pedagogical standards
  • Establish clear guidelines and criteria for assessing content quality, ensuring consistency and coherence across all materials
  • Maintain thorough documentation of quality assurance processes, findings, and recommendations
  • Provide regular project reporting on the quality of content
  • Collaborate closely with the Director of Education, Curriculum Specialists, Pedagogy Leads, and Head of Design to define project objectives and deliverables
  • Mentor and lead quality editing team members, helping them make decisions and solve problems
  • Liaise with the Content Operations Specialist to review content feedback and build action plans to address any gaps in understanding/knowledge
  • Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for team members, enhancing their skills and knowledge in content quality

About you

  • Experience in developing and executing quality assurance processes for assessing content design and pedagogical effectiveness
  • Strong academic foundation in instructional design, or a related field, ideally with a degree or certification in this area
  • Extensive experience in quality assurance within educational publishing, e-learning, or curriculum development sectors, demonstrating a solid understanding of content creation and evaluation
  • Familiarity with industry-standard quality assurance tools and methodologies, and the ability to leverage technology to enhance content assessment and improvement processes
  • Proven track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to align content delivery efforts with company objectives and industry standards
  • Creative thinker who embraces innovation
