United Kingdom onlyWe are looking for a Senior Production Coordinator to help run a portfolio of world class YouTube Channels specialising in a range of subjects. You will have strong project management skills, experience in digital / YouTube content video production and a passion for YouTube.
You will support the content making teams in order to run efficient workflows from ideation through to production, post production and delivery. You will have an eye for detail, be resourceful and a confident communicator.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Production
- Responsibility for scheduling and coordination of people and resources.
- Ensure Monday.com boards are fully optimised and have relevant information input at start of each video commission and are accurately maintained throughout the contents lifecycle
- Support with meeting admin and agendas
- Keep the the google drive up to date and organised
Post-Production
- Ensure all projects have a relevant content ID number
- Media management of post production software, including creation of folders, access allocation and final deliverables checks
- Liaise with Subtitles , language reversion suppliers and other language channels - supplying assets and receiving deliverables
Finance
- Setting individual video budgets and resources in line with channel budgets
- Accurate cost tracking of project budgets
- Clear, accurate and prompt processing of invoices, expenses and credit card receipts
People
- Recruitment, contracting and onboarding of staff and freelancers
- Time tracking of freelancers
Requirements
Experience/Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in digital video production
- Proven experience as a Production Coordinator or Senior Production Coordinator in the digital media industry
- Experience using Monday.com project management software
- Detail and deadline oriented, with the ability to work across multiple projects
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in scheduling, budget management and cost control.
