Whether you’re planning an early retirement or a long career, we want to help you reach your goals. Four Kitchens offers a 3% non-elective employer contribution to your retirement savings, regardless of whether you contribute toward it yourself.
Generous PTO
We plan for all team members to take at least three weeks of PTO per year, plus we close the company for a weeklong winter break annually. We highly recommend everyone remove Slack and email from their devices so they aren’t tempted to check in on work.
Healthcare benefits
All full-time, permanent team members are eligible for health, dental and vision insurance, administered through TriNet. Each plan type has several plan level options, including one that is 100% paid. Our health plans are offered through United Healthcare and other carriers, depending on location. Our vision and dental plans are offered through Aetna and Guardian. Dependant coverage can be added.
