• Provide customers with tailor-made solutions, fueled by your infectious passion for biking.

Requirements

• A genuine zest for biking, making you a ray of sunshine for Canyon's customers.
• Previous experience as a customer advisor or in customer service, or a strong eagerness for a rewarding career change.
• Strong, preferably native-level proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Quick comprehension skills and a preference for autonomous work.
• Proficient PC skills and reliability in data management.
• Enjoyment in communication, customer interaction, and thriving in a 100% remote environment with a lively digital community. 🌐
