- Lead the design and development of software applications using Python, React Fiber, JavaScript, and other web based technologies.
- Research and implement machine learning, artificial intelligence, augmented reality, virtual reality, and other cutting-edge technologies to enhance software functionality.
- Collaborate with other developers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and specifications.
- Implement best practices for software development, including code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, and evaluate their potential for integration into existing or future projects.
- Support and provide technical support to junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex software issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of applications.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and participate in the planning and estimation of project timelines.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and identifying any potential risks or challenges.
- Continuously improve existing software processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and productivity.
