We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Junior Healthcare RCM Analyst to join our team. This dual role combines the analytical aspects of RCM with the dynamic skills of project coordination. You will be pivotal in analyzing revenue cycle data, identifying improvement areas, and managing related projects while ensuring effective communication across teams.

How you will make an impact

  • Analyze revenue cycle data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize billing processes and enhance revenue generation.
  • Lead and manage projects related to revenue cycle enhancements, overseeing all phases from inception to completion.
  • Facilitate meetings with internal and external stakeholders to provide project updates, resolve issues, and coordinate action plans.
  • Present detailed reports on progress and insights to stakeholders and management to maintain project alignment and visibility.
  • Perform regular audits of billing and coding practices to ensure compliance with the latest industry regulations and payer guidelines.
  • Manage communications and follow-ups with vendors to align project outcomes with strategic goals.
  • Address day-to-day RCM queries and tasks, providing prompt and effective resolutions.
  • Generate and distribute reports that track performance metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented revenue cycle strategies.
  • Train and support team members on new processes, tools, and compliance requirements.
  • Keep abreast of the latest changes in healthcare regulations, payer policies, and industry best practices.
  • Assist with credentialing tasks and manage updates to payer portals and clinic information as necessary.

What we are looking for

  • Associate’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, project management, or financial analysis is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated analytical prowess with a proven ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities and projects under tight deadlines.
  • Adaptable to rapidly changing priorities and business needs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced with data analysis tools and software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effective collaboration with team members and external partners.
