We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager, ideally with experience of the ad tech market or adjacent marketing production/ media technology market to join us at the start of this exciting journey as we build the next industry-leading solution.
As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be responsible for finding potential clients and starting new relationships with interested prospects.
- UK based - flexible location, but must be willing to travel regularly
Requirements
We're looking for an exceptional Enterprise Sales Manager who:
- Has consistently met and exceeded targets for the past 2+ years
- Brings experience with well-established martech or similar companies, demo-ing SAAS products to potential clients and building a pipeline
- Ideally has experience introducing leading creative effectiveness, production or media solutions or related technology with a top provider
- Demonstrates expertise in outbound prospecting, including personalised outreach, building client-side buying communities across multiple spheres of influence, and forecasting sales pipelines
- Brings passion, energy and personality to build strong personal relationships with clients, and is able to evidence the development of trust and the ability to convert client problems into sales conversions
- Collaborates effectively with product and marketing teams to deeply understand product development and constantly iterate the go-to-market narrative
- Is self-motivated, and driven to shape the future of our team and company
- Excels in organisation and networking, is well presented and articulate
- Is tech-savvy, proficient in social media, and has a strong online presence
- Has experience using CRM tools like Hubspot (preferred)
Our ideal inside sales professional will:
- Identify prospects, generate qualified leads, and schedule calls to uncover opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline
- Pick up and run with MQLs from events, web leads etc.
- Coordinate meetings or calls between prospective customers and the CEO/ senior sales team
- Work with Marketing to develop and execute targeted campaigns for specific accounts to educate prospects and generate interest in SmartAssets
- Identify the key influencers and build buyer communities at target companies, keeping in regular contact and developing a deep understanding of their needs and priorities
- Establish long-term relationships with prospect organisations to ensure we are the go-to choice for creative effectiveness solutions
- Engage target prospects with personalised emails and cold calling, in addition to campaigns and event attendance
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our product and confidently introduce its benefits to prospects, both verbally and in writing
- Continuously identify new prospects, updating the CRM database and targeting relevant organisations and decision-makers
- Stay informed on industry changes, competitive landscape, and technology trends to serve as a valuable resource for prospects and colleagues
