What will your daily work be like?
- Interact with customers regularly presenting the best practices for configuring our solutions, understanding their needs, resolving doubts and presenting new uses;
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and stay up to date with ongoing product launches;
- Conduct training sessions on the basic functionality of the product, including, among others, the system overview, tools and/or advanced modules;
- Responsible for being the main contact for new customers throughout the integration;
- Provide excellent customer service in all interactions;
- Create and execute action plans and guide the client in their implementation to direct the client's evolution;
- Monitor and direct contract renewals with customers.
